Acquaintance with the construction works carried out in a residential complex consisting of 23 buildings in Shusha

On November 7, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva got acquainted with the construction works carried out in the residential complex consisting of 23 buildings in the city of Shusha.

The residential complex consisting of 23 buildings spans nearly 8 hectares. Construction of eight buildings began on July 1 of last year, while the remaining 15 buildings started on September 1. A total of 450 apartments will be available in the residential complex. There will be 28 one-room, 195 two-room, 190 three-room, 30 four-room and 7 five-room apartments. Most of these apartments will be allocated to former internally displaced persons (IDPs). The complex, consisting of three- and five-story buildings, will be equipped with all necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable living environment for residents. The relocation of former IDPs to these buildings is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2024.
