Acquaintance with the construction progress at the first residential complex consisting of 23 buildings in Shusha

On December 21, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev got acquainted with the construction progress at the first new residential complex consisting of 23 buildings in Shusha.

The residential complex consisting of 23 buildings, covers an area of nearly 8 hectares. Construction of eight buildings began on July 1 of last year, while the remaining 15 buildings started on September 1. The complex is expected to be put into operation soon. The residential complex will include a total of 450 apartments. It will feature 28 one-room, 195 two-room, 190 three-room, 30 four-room, and 7 five-room apartments. The majority of these apartments will be allocated to former internally displaced persons. Relocation of former internally displaced persons to the new buildings is planned to start in the first quarter of 2024.
