Acquaintance with the Construction Progress at New Residential Complex in Shusha

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva on September 27, viewed the construction progress of a new residential complex in the city of Shusha.

Informing the head of state and the First Lady about the work, Special Representative of the President in The Shusha district Aydin Karimov reported that the construction area covers about 8 hectares. The residential complex will feature 23 buildings. The construction of eight buildings began on July 1 of this year, and the construction of the remaining 15 buildings started on September 1.

The complex will include a total of 450 apartments. The number of one-room apartments is 28, two-room apartments- 195, three-room apartments- 190, four-room apartments- 30, and five-room apartments is 7. The buildings will be 3 storeys and 5 storeys. All conditions required for the comfortable living of residents will be created in the complex. Extensive renovation and landscaping work will be carried out on the territory.
