Acquaintance with the Conditions Created at the Headquarters of the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva got acquainted with the conditions created at the headquarters of the special representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the liberated territories of the Karabakh Economic Region on February 13.

Located in the city of Aghdam, the headquarters of the special representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the liberated territories that are included in the Karabakh economic region was built on the basis of the latest innovative technologies. Mainly 6 components were taken into account in the headquarters’ territory, which covers an area of ​​one hectare. These are residential, administrative, health, catering, modern camp management system, and alternative energy areas.

High-quality modular heat and cold-resistant, ecological private residential and administrative buildings were built in the headquarters while using innovative construction materials. A modern camera surveillance station was created to ensure security. Outdoor and indoor sports halls, football, basketball, and volleyball courts, a first aid station, a meeting hall for various events, and parking lots were also built in the headquarters.

Solar and biogas energy use systems have been installed in the headquarters, and internal roads are equipped with modern lighting systems. More than 30 types of trees and shrubs suitable for every season of the year have been planted in the green belt, which was built on a total area of ​​3300 square meters. 3,500 meters of automated drip and sprinkler systems have been installed to irrigate the greenery.

Flag Square was built in the center of the administrative area. The surroundings of the square have been landscaped, and solar-powered light poles have been installed.
