Acquaintance with construction works carried out on Karabakh street in Shusha

On December 21, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev got acquainted with the construction work on Karabakh Street in the city of Shusha.

The project for this central street of the city involves a total of 10 buildings and is being implemented within the framework of public-private sector partnership. The reinforced concrete construction work on the buildings is nearing completion. Facade and roofing work set to begin soon. Additionally, restoration work at Sadigjan’s house has also started as part of the project.

The President of Azerbaijan symbolically named this street Karabagh. The Govhar Agha mosque, the Karabagh hotel, and the building of the special representative’s office are located on this street, which covers the center of Shusha.
