Acquaintance with construction work at the Jabrayil Residential Complex

On September 28, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev visited the first residential quarter being constructed by the State Housing Development Agency in the city of Jabrayil – the Jabrayil Residential Complex.

The residential complex, covering a total area of 7.9 hectares, consists of 33 buildings. These four and five-story buildings will house a total of 712 apartments. 8 of them will be one-room, 136 will be two-room, 8 will be two-room studio, 392 will be three-room, and 168 will be four-room. The sizes of the one-room apartments range from 40 to 50 square meters, two-room apartments from 55 to 90 square meters, two-room studio-type apartments from 98 to 100 square meters, three-room apartments from 90 to 108 square meters, and four-room apartments from 110 to 120 square meters. In addition to the residential buildings, the complex will feature a park, social and service facilities, underground and above-ground parking areas, relaxation areas, and children’s play and sports grounds.
