Acquaintance with construction work at the Shusha Treatment and Health Center

On March 27, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva reviewed the construction progress at the Shusha Treatment and Health Center.

This medical institution, foundation of which was laid on November 7, 2021, with the participation of President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva, is designed for 90 beds and consists of 6 buildings. In addition, a Hygiene and Epidemiology Center, as well as buildings for infectious diseases and hemodialysis services, have been constructed on the premises.

The inpatient section will include departments for therapy, pediatrics, surgery, hemodialysis, and more. The outpatient section will host a consultative polyclinic, pediatric polyclinic, radiology and functional diagnostics departments, physiotherapy and medical rehabilitation units, as well as a clinical diagnostic laboratory. The emergency medical services station at the center will be equipped with modern equipment.
