Acquaintance with the ongoing construction at the 2nd residential complex in the city of Aghdam

On February 18, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva reviewed the ongoing construction work at the 2nd residential complex in the city of Aghdam, which will include 1,268 apartments.

The residential complex, covering nearly 14 hectares, is located on the central street of Aghdam and is being built in accordance with the city’s approved Master Plan. The apartments under construction in this complex include 114 one-room, 464 two-room, 536 three-room, and 154 four-room units. Modern architectural approaches and national pattern elements are used in the construction of the buildings in the complex, a large part of whose territory will consist of a green zone. It is also planned to build sports grounds, recreation areas, bicycle parking lots, and other necessary infrastructure facilities.
