Acquaintance with the conditions at the Aghdam Residence Complex

On February 18, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva got acquainted with the conditions at the Aghdam Residence Complex.

The total area of the residential complex, the groundbreaking ceremony of which President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva attended on February 13, 2022, is 1.55 hectares. Currently, the initial six residential buildings have been constructed on the site. The buildings in the complex are six stories high, with a total of 11 blocks. The complex includes 45 one-room, 108 two-room, 48 three-room, and 8 four-room apartments.

Construction and installation work at the complex has already been completed. To ensure a comfortable living environment for residents, the area will feature a park, recreational zones, public service facilities, parking lots, bicycle lanes, children’s playgrounds, and sports areas, as well as extensive landscaping and greening works are also planned.
