Opening ceremony of the Digital Control Center of Zangilan Electric Power Network

On October 3, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev attended the opening ceremony of the Digital Control Center of the Zangilan Electric Power Network operated by Azerishig Open Joint-Stock Company. The head of state launched the Digital Control Center.  

The Digital Control Center consists of two floors. On the first floor there are two power transformers, each with a capacity of 2500 kV, and 35 and 0.4 kV indoor distribution devices, while on the second floor there are control, technical and auxiliary rooms. For the center’s electricity supply, two-circuit underground cable lines were laid from the 110/35/10 kilovolt Zangilan substation.
