Groundbreaking ceremony for Eyvazkhanbeyli village

On September 19, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and his son Heydar Aliyev attended the groundbreaking ceremony for Eyvazkhanbeyli village in the Aghdam district. President Ilham Aliyev laid the foundation for Eyvazkhanbeyli village.

The total planned area of the village is nearly 300 hectares. According to the master plan, this village was designed together with the villages of Shishpapaglar, Kosalar, and Eyvazkhanbeyli, which are close to each other in terms of territorial unit. It is planned to settle 4,038 people in the village of Eyvazkhanbeyli. To that end, the construction of 1,091 individual houses is envisioned. Taking into account the projected population, a land area of 88.3 hectares has been allocated for the first phase of construction of residential neighborhoods. During the first phase, the construction of 427 individual houses is planned to resettle 1,563 residents. The houses to be built will have two, three, four and five bedrooms.
