Groundbreaking ceremony for an administrative building in Kalbajar

On September 2, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev laid the foundation for a new administrative building in Kalbajar city.

A plot of more than 2.4 hectares has been allocated for the construction of the administrative building. This area is located between the public center of Kalbajar and the city park. The northern part of the area where the administrative building is located combines with stepped landscape elements and the relief of the city park. According to the Master Plan, the construction of two administrative buildings is planned in the city’s administrative center. Both buildings have been designed in a modern style. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2025.
