Acquaintance with the construction of a residential complex for 524 families in Kalbajar

On September 2, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva got acquainted with the construction of a residential complex for 524 families in the city of Kalbajar.

The total area of the residential complex is 19.5 hectares. In the first phase, 201 families will be relocated to the complex. For this purpose, six four-story buildings have been constructed. There are 27 apartments in each of the buildings. 54 of them are two-room apartments, 72 are three-room apartments, and 36 are four-room apartments. The complex also includes 39 two-story townhouses. Each of these houses has three rooms.

In the second phase, it is planned to relocate 323 families to this complex. For this, 16 four-story apartment buildings of various types and 57 two-story townhouses will be built.
