Groundbreaking ceremony for the Mashanli village

On May 18, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev participated in the groundbreaking ceremony for the village of Mashanli in the Jabrayil district. The head of state laid the foundation for the Mashanli village.

By 2040, the planned area of the village will cover 157.54 hectares. During this period, 590 individual houses will be designed and constructed to accommodate 2,360 residents. According to the “First State Program on the Great Return”, 50 hectares have been allocated for the first phase of the village’s construction, taking into account the population expected to settle there. During this phase, 236 individual houses will be built to accommodate 944 residents.
