Unveiling of plaques at the intersection of Heydar Aliyev, Zafar, and 28 May streets in Lachin

On May 28, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev unveiled directional signs at the intersection of Heydar Aliyev, Zafar, and 28 May streets in the city of Lachin. During the unveiling, the head of state removed the coverings from the signs displaying the names of the streets.

In Lachin, the street named after the national leader of the Azerbaijani people, Heydar Aliyev, is 6,967 meters long and 10-12 meters wide. Zafar Street, named in honor of the glorious victory in the Patriotic War, is 5,239 meters long and 12 meters wide. 28 May Street is 1,703 meters long and 10 meters wide.
