Groundbreaking ceremony for the Khudafarin settlement

On May 4, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev participated in the groundbreaking ceremony for the Khudafarin settlement in the Jabrayil district. During the ceremony, President Ilham Aliyev laid the foundation for the Khudafarin settlement.

The town is located near the historic Khudafarin Bridge, which holds significant importance for the Azerbaijani people, and is situated 7 kilometers away from the new railway line and the highway. The planned area of the town is 25 hectares. According to the master plan, 149 houses will be constructed in the future. In the first phase, the construction of 20 houses is planned. Private houses with two, three, four and five rooms will be built here. Each house will have a yard area of 600 square meters. Initially, 77 residents will be relocated to the settlement.
