Acquaintance with the Work Underway on the Barda-Aghdam Highway

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on October 4, viewed the work underway on the Barda-Aghdam highway.

Informing the head of state about the technical indicators of the road and the work done there Chairman of the Board of Directors of Azerbaijan Highway State Agency Saleh Mammadov reported that the length of this road, which takes its beginning from the city of Barda, is 44.5 kilometers, and the width is 26.5 meters. 4 bridges, including 3 pedestrian overpasses will be constructed along the road. 29 bus stops are also being built on the highway. The construction of 14 of them has been completed. Road landscaping has been completed, and 75 percent of the total work has been carried out.
