Visit to the Panah Ali Khan’s Palace

On March 16, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva, and their daughter Leyla Aliyeva viewed the remains of the Panah Ali Khan’s Palace.

This palace, which served as the residence of Panah Ali Khan – the founder of the Karabakh Khanate, is located in the historical center of the city of Shusha. During the occupation, this historic building was also destroyed by Armenian vandals.
