Visit to Molla Panah Vagif Mausoleum and Museum Complex

On March 16, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva, and their daughter Leyla Aliyeva visited Molla Panah Vagif Mausoleum and Museum Complex in Shusha.

President Ilham Aliyev noted that archival photographs from the 1982 Vagif Poetry Days had been discovered, emphasizing that National Leader Heydar Aliyev also attended that event. The Head of State said that the Armenians had destroyed the bust of Molla Panah Vagif, the tombstone above his grave, and the marble plates inside the mausoleum, and pointed out that these monuments would be restored.
