Meeting with families resettled in the first residential complex in Zangilan city

On May 10, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev met with families relocating to the first residential complex in the city of Zangilan.

During the meeting, President Ilham Aliyev congratulated the residents on their return to their native Zangilan after many years, stated that the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Azerbaijan have been fully restored, and large-scale reconstruction work is being carried out in the liberated lands. He also emphasized that new residential neighborhoods, schools, social facilities, transport, and energy infrastructure are being developed in the city of Zangilan , adding that the city is expected to become one of the important transport and economic hubs in the future.

The residents expressed their gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev for returning to their native lands. Following the meeting, the keys to the apartments were presented to the families.
