Groundbreaking ceremony for the Jabrayil City Mosque

On October 28, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev laid the foundation for the Jabrayil City Mosque.

The total area of the mosque will exceed 1,530 square meters. The two-story mosque building will have facilities for men and women to pray at the same time. It will have the capacity for 615 worshippers at the same time.

The mosque complex will include a community hall, a parking area, and a gazebo. The height of the mosque’s minarets will be 34.2 meters, while the dome will rise to a height of 22.6 meters.
