Presentation of keys to the residents of the Horovlu village

On October 28, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev met with residents in the village of Horovlu, Jabrayil district. The Head of State emphasized that the liberation of Horovlu was one of the major achievements gained during the first days of the Patriotic War and noted that the modern infrastructure, school, kindergarten, medical center, household plots, and new employment opportunities created in the village open up broad prospects for its residents.

President Ilham Aliyev stated that in the first phase, 1,400 people would be relocated to Horovlu, and in the next stages, more families would return to their native lands. The residents expressed their gratitude to the Head of State for the conditions created and highly appreciated the restoration of the village in a more modern form than before.

During the meeting, President Ilham Aliyev presented the keys of the apartments to the residents.
