Meeting with residents of Badara, Dashbulag, Seyidbeyli, and Shushakand villages of Khojaly district

On September 15, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev met with residents of Badara, Dashbulag, Seyidbeyli, and Shushakand villages in the Badara village of the Khojaly district.

In his remarks, the Head of State emphasized that former internally displaced persons have now returned to their native lands in Karabakh, where the highest living standards have been ensured for them. He underlined that Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity has been fully restored, separatism has been eradicated, and extensive reconstruction works are underway across the region.

The residents expressed their gratitude to the President and shared the joy of returning to their long-awaited homeland. During the meeting, discussions were also held on the ongoing infrastructure projects in Karabakh, the commemoration of martyrs, and the expansion of educational opportunities for youth in the region.

At the end of the meeting, President Ilham Aliyev posed for a commemorative photo with the residents.
