President Ilham Aliyev’s meeting with the Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology of the UAE in Khankendi

On July 4, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received a delegation led by Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology of the United Arab Emirates, in Khankendi.

During the meeting, the significance of the 17th ECO Summit held in Khankendi was highlighted, and positive impressions were shared regarding the reconstruction work in Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur. The strategic development of Azerbaijan–UAE relations and the continued mutual support in international organizations were emphasized. The parties discussed the activities of Masdar company, as well as cooperation in renewable energy, tourism, humanitarian, and cultural sectors.
